Wait now, they are allowed to lie to their hearts content, Faux News, under the guise of free speech, and they do, religiously. Understandably, the sovereign country of Canada, having differing laws from ours, are not compelled by law to give them a license to do so. Jesus, the way hes going on about this, he will lead the charge to bring Dan Rather back online. Free speech and whatnot.

If you enjoy being lied to, go right ahead, just dont try to get everyone to want it, or like it and in fact disagree with it. You set out to lie, you deserve to be called on. DIsallowed and prevented from lying in a news situation there are mistakes, there are flubs there are bad decision but LYING is NOT acceptable in news. Neither should it be

I don't understand what seems to be a hostile tone from you to me, though I may have misread it. What I'm asking is, who determines what is true and what is false, and if something slips by that later turns out to be a lie, how do you unring that bell?
