I have not personally known anyone who is into scat. What I have been told however, is that most guys who THINK they're into scat are usually only masturbating to the IDEA of something very extreme and degrading, usually in a clean private environment, staring at a computer screen. But the reality is that when most real people are exposed to the stench, and texture, of warm feces, the fantasy of eating them very quickly disappears.
