Like doing a 69 without reciprocating the man. In a dominant sense, the woman has more control over the submissive man in many ways. She can cut air flow with her thighs and libia (no, not the country), order him to not move and just pleasure herself by rubbing herself on his nose, chin, mouth, what have you. It can also just be seen aas taking a very dominant position over a man.

you should try this some time. The rush from it is undeniable.  Most men enjoy being down there and enjoy wrestling. This let's you get  them in a nice head lock with your thighs.

Status: offline 		It was named Queening because originally, the Queen did it. She could hold court, dispense edicts and justice while sitting on a specially designed chair that would allow her support and also access to her private parts. It gradually started to be used by other noble women. RHIP

Perhaps someone with more historical knowledge could back this up, but I had read that in the days when a child could be in line for the throne, that it allowed for their gender to be verified before ascension to the throne. In a procudure called testiculos habet, the genitals could be felt by a physician rather than displayed and presumably humiliating the royal heir. There is some thought that this procedure was practiced by popes as well.

Others claim that more reasonable explanation is of a 'birthing chair' or even a toilet for the royal arse.

I watched a program some months back on the history of the Papacy. At one point early in it's history (around the ninth centry), one of the Popes turned out to be a woman, or so it was rumored. Anyway, afterwards it was said that a physician checks the anatamy of the Popes before they ascend to ensure their rightful gender.
