In general, I take care of the house and she runs the home. The "house" might include general repairs, renovations, additions, extensions etc, lawns, cars - pretty much anything that needs fixing, painting or doing. ... The "home" is her keeping everything running - meals, shopping, cleaning, general organising etc. I've been referring to this as "1950s nuclear family" after the descriptions of family life in the "health and living" textbooks we had in school. The male brings in income and does or arranges for any heavy work; the female does everything else including personal service. Though it's considered sexist and outdated now, things were that way for a very long time, mostly because they worked. Maybe not to everyone's complete satisfaction, but it did work. The line between that sort of family and dom/sub is fuzzy.
