Are they calling you a fake or are they calling you a man? They aren't necessarily the same thing.

Chances are they are just trying to get you to cam naked to "prove" you are a woman.

Block and delete and don't sweat it.

The thought occured but most piercings I've seen tend to be more elaborate.  Other theories I had:  A variation of the Hindu red dot; the first symptom of some horrible new disease; and a piece of fluff that wasn't noticed when the picture was taken.

You are absolutely correct. I can understand people that are wary of scammers because there are plenty of them on CM. If you want to get rid of some of the idiots, I would post up a couple of more photos showing all the same person. Then just ignore any left over wankers.
