Canada Bans Fox News (for reporting lies as fact) http://readersupportednews.org/opinion2/276-74/5123-fox-news-lies-keep-them-out-of-canada

No one ever went broke underestimating the taste of the
American people.
Look at what the majority of Americans watch
on tv, the crap movies they go to see, the toxic
food they scarf down and the idiot books that
the ones who can read read.
There is a difference in quality and quanity.
At one time the majority of the earths
population thought the world was flat.
The collective IQ of the majority is never
terribly high. Isn't the average IQ in the
US under 100?
I think the three networks, ABC, NBC and
CBS do a ok job newswise.
And because I'm a commie I'll add there's
always PBS and NPR.

Its a sad day when McDonald's is #1, FAUX News is #1, and Coca-Cola is #1. As for some real nutrition, you can find it at www.FreeSpeech.org and www.InfoWars.com

More people watch "Jersey Shore" than watch any of the news programs but that doesn't make it a news source either.

Which is why we ended up with Obama in the Oval Office.

Come on now Ron.... Even you need to acknowledge that since they started hooking up cable in trailers in the colder regions, this was inevitable.

Hmm,...I wonder where MSNBC came in?

Ha! The people who call it "Faux News" really are in the minority eh! "They tell the TRUTH! I can't STAND THEM!!! GRRRRRRRR!"

Actually, the Daily show beats faux news occasionally.

And fucksnews is a news station in name only. They don`t break stories or make news. They just spin/twist reality(the news)to fit the tastes of their audience.

Interesting how some can celebrate their ignorance, but someone has to play the dupe.

"And all you voter slobs who have i.q.'s of less than 100 are going to vote Democrat, right?"

Faux News:

Fox News Climate Denial Dominates Cable News

A new academic paper confirms that Fox News systematically deceives its viewers about climate change, significantly altering their views. Nearly 60 percent of Fox News broadcasts were dismissive of climate change, whereas less than 20 percent were accepting of climate change. The researchers also found that Fox News does more than just reinforce existing bias. Republicans who watch Fox News were more influenced than Democrats — Republicans who watch CNN or MSNBC are less skeptical when exposed to information on the reality and urgency of climate change.

Just for the record though, I would like to point out that at the time the great controversy over the earth's roundness vs flatness. All the participants I have ever read about were European.

Not that it makes Fucked News worth watching... as ThisHere stated ... 'just sayin'

mnottertail -> RE: Fox-News celebrates 10 years in # 1 spot. (2/1/2012 12:02:09 PM)

They wasn't asking Norwegians or Native Americans for their input at the time of that great controversy, near as I recollect it.

How long was "The A-Team" a top rated show ? There is no starker example of the idiocy of the American public than the answer to that very question
