Right, but two things.

1. Not everyone may think that person is as big of a dick as you do.

2. I'm not even referring to just dicks. (Unless it is also a clever way to stay on topic. :) I know of a few people who I believe most here hold the general opinion that they are very nice, but they haven't been here for some time for the same types of reasons. So I guess I'm just saying that I used to defend CollarChat, but now...now I'm starting to get it. Perhaps I'll just work it through in my mind.

ETA - in seriousness, though...why bother posting anything at all, then? Every now and then, I rather like the conversation or my posts or someone else's posts and yes...I do feel disappointment when I find them gone. It's nothing I worry about. It's just something I notice and react to. I've said before it feels like I'm being treated like a child, as if I'm not capable of carrying on my own conversation, and ending that conversation when I see fit.

I agree and I don't expect everyone to see a dick the same way I do. But I also appreciate the same in return. Most people I think are dicks are in fact, rather one true wayish, which is pretty dickish. Example, I think dicks are fucking ugly as hell. I have nothing against anyone that thinks otherwise. What I do have a problem with is the dick or the dick worshiper telling me I am wrong or that I hate dicks and dick worshipers just because I don't happen to agree with their love of dicks.

My snark against dicks on the beginning of this thread was all in jest. The actual idea of dick torture gives me the willies for three reasons. 1. I don't want to see the dick to do anything to it, or with it. 2. It's a pretty fragile little thing and I wouldn't want to be responsible for damaging something a guy holds so near and dear. 3. I happen to love or like, quite a few people with dicks so have no dick hate or revenge and my sadistic tendencies just go to genital torture of either gender.

I've said this before and I will continue saying it. There are some people that used to post here who's contributions I miss. There are probably more who I don't and even more I don't even think about one way or another. Whatever their reasons for leaving is up to them. If their leaving is because they couldn't play according to the rules the owners have decided upon and got booted, shame on them for lack of self discipline. If they ran off in a pout because their ego got bruised by too many mod spankings...well waa. They need to grow the fuck up. If they didn't like the tone of the place as it evolved, then that is their choice and yeah, it is what it is. I have the choice to leave if I don't like it and assume everyone else does also. But if I do chose to leave the site, I am not going to stomp and pout about dicks, dick lovers, or whatever. I also won't passively aggressively send my little minions in to whine about my departure. I don't own the site so it's not my place to determine the path it takes.



I just realized that I got totally sidetracked.....ADD multi-tasking ditz.

The fact of the matter is.......it doesn't MATTER if I think a dick is a dick or not.... it only matters if the representatives of the owners of the site think so. If we cannot play by their rules they we should not be here. Regardless of whether we leave of our own accord or whether we are 'encouraged'.

But you know...I've kind of come to really like it here. I'm a single mom and my social life is nil, so this helps with that as I am more often than not home at night with no other adult to talk to. I can speak more freely here than on other sites, like Facebook. And I am comfortable with the personalities and no longer feel the timidness I used to feel. I am settled in here and so I do get a little disgruntled when I see things that are making me have to take a different perspective. I don't mind saying I feel a little bit sad at the thought of not posting here. I would miss it. And that, more than anything, is what's causing me to post so much today about it, I guess. I don't want to stop using the forums. But I have trouble balancing my desire to contribute with my growing dissatisfaction on how things are done.

I have more to say, but I will stop and allow us all to get back to beating up on dick.

I agree with you, though probably for different reasons and examples, but yes, this place has certainly changed and yes, some of those changes I don't care for.
