Ron Paul is a Libertarian ideologue. I agree with many his ideological viewpoints, but he lacks any cohesive plan to execute on them.

He is great for the political debate, but would make a disastrous president.

Hence why 20% of Republicans are voting for President Obama! In fact, would not be surprised if a few more voted for Mr. Obama. And they help kick out all those useless Republican bums in the Senate and House. Not like the Tea Party idiots have done anything more than vote 'lock-step' with their Republican masters. I imagine if Democrats took back Congress we'd see things getting done at a good rate.

Just pointing out your party`s responsibilities for THEIR fuck-ups ..............isn`t blaming the cons for OUR woes.It`s called "owning your record".

You cons are great at claiming credit but are never seem to be around to take blame......pretty good at the cry-baby act tho.....when someone points out your record.

If one can`t find much more to defend your party`s conduct than claiming it`s critics aren`t "fair",you`ve pretty much lost the argument.

I think he learned a lesson and if re-elected with a democratic majority in both houses he will say screw the Republicans and force issues through or force filibusters to use in the midterm elections...Or rather he should anyway.

How soon everyone forgets the Blue Dogs... those shining examples of Dems voted in by Republicans, and answerable to their republican constituents. 44 in all. Without their support, nothing was getting through Congress.

Status: offline 		I am not surprised 20% would support Obama, possibly even more. Repubs are no stupid, they can digest facts. Obama is a stealth Republican. Obama will continue to support and protect the banks, corporations, and rich in every way he can. White collar crimes will not be investigated or prosecuted. Obama will continue to pursue the foreign wars, “War on Terror” and build (strengthen actually) domestic police state. Obama will continue to erode the financial security and Constitutional protections of the 99%. The most likely he will crash the dollar during his second term (people who matter will be informed to get out in time).  How can anybody be more pro-rich, and corporatist than Obama?
