I think they look at with a somewhat more complexed paradigm: it's not merely that women are their breeding stock, but that they also see themselves as in engaged in meme-genetic mortal-combat for control of humankind. Sure, some of their dupes and thralls don't grasp the full complexity of various schemes. but the head-psychos rely on channeling the acolytes' baser sociobiological-imperatives to keep them involved and motivated.
The largest factors in religions/political/social belief-systems, across all cultures, faiths, regions, whatever, are which ones a person is intially exposed to, immersed in, inculcated et, etc. The Vatican-heirarchy rejects birth control because they want sexual tension to leverage and because it tends to produce more Catholics. The Islamic-heirarchy condoned harems for centuries because they wanted sexual tension to leverage, but they've shifted strategies to produce more Muslims. The Capitalist-heirarchy suppresses and demonizes, despite claiming freedom of speech and thought, even mere discussion of (gasp) Socialism, while the Socialist-heirarchy suppressed and demonized even mere mention of (gasp) Capitalism, both because the (gasp) *other* side had some valid points that might undermine the local/regional paradigms' hypocrises.
Sure, the full view of the whole mess would require breaking it down into a dreary catalogue of more groups, much more complexity, more schemes, counter-schemes, counter-counter-schemes, etc of sociopsychological warfare than anybody could begin to describe. However, there is much clarity to be gained by simply assigning all such groups to similar spectrums of perceptions, motives, and actions.
FWIW, some of them are somewhat more forthright, honest, ethical, etc than others, but only the scandinavians and buddhists seem to be on track about forgoing deception, violence, murder, and so forth in order to pursue their sociopolitical aims.
