It's always kinda been a nefarious word, to me - relentless in service ... to do bad things. :p Though there are folks around here who like to use the term in a playful way for their circle of friends/play-partners, it always kinda sounded creepy to me, because of the evil-doer undertone. :p I'm not sure what your questions are asking? "Relentless" means "unyielding in harshness, sctrictness or severity," or "showing or promising no abatement in severity, intensity, strength, or pace," depending on what online dictionary you use. :p to me, thaat sounds like a burn-out situation. But I suppose you could think of it as a mental state - that the service to the Master never leaves the mind, but if the desire to serve is this "severe, unyielding force," it sounds like mental burn-out, too. :p like a feverish obsession that's so strong, you can't think of, or care about, anything else, even to the point of your own obliteration. :p It doesn't sound like anything i'd want to become - no matter how strong my drive to serve can be, I guess the negative connotations of "minion" are too strong for me to get around. :p
