Lance jokes?  Nope.....  Well, somtimes Lance does joke.

Mom wouldn't let Dad name me Lance <DARN!> This was 1950, and she thought it too...... sexual.
And the "Hughes" part honors a Great-Aunt of mine.  Sort of an Auntie Mame character in my life who had a maiden last name of Hughes.... All very mysterious as to why she never mentioned her marriage for so many years, using her maiden name her whole life long.  Might be because he was gay.  Still working on the genealogy in the part of the family bushes. 

Daddy left me more than just his last name. LOL!

So, Lance HUGH is just fine, dank you, dank you  berry much.

The letters in my actual last name can be rearranged to spell LONG HARD.  No, really..... Honest.

Bottom line: you can't make any more jokes than I can. LOL!

Usually, the "arm band" was M'Lady's scarf...... oh, I see, that's the boy's arm band instead.... I think NOT.  My boy in this scenario would be the lad hoisting me aboard the poor horse, and after the battle, doing the massage of my sore muscles.  Said massage would, of course, have a "happy ending."
