Status: offline 		I posted this on another forum as well but everyone there that was in a chastity belt was apparently a guy. Are there any women here in chastity belts? How long does it stay on for? Is it comfortable? Is the reality as good as the fantasy? Or did you find the reality to be more annoying than anything? I'm just curious as this is a fantasy of mine but not all fantasies end up being fun when you actually try them.

Status: offline 		I talked to a Dom a few years ago, and he was keen on chastity belts. I did a fair bit of research before realising that there were so many reason they weren't a good idea.

The main negatives were; they were bulky and difficult to hide under work clothes, they were impossible to keep clean (I won't go into details...thank me later) and extremely impractical during 'that time of the month'.

I said no, he said goodbye.

Well he could always tell you to sit perfectly still, and you'd do it, but that's not exactly the same as bondage is it? Chastity belts are a form of bondage, IMO. That said, I can see how female devices would be severely impractical and not very hygienic.

Of course, but what I'm saying is that chastity with and without the device are two completely different experiences.

You are missing the point.

It does become a bit tiresome for people to continually come into chastity threads and say "look at me, I don't need chastity." (Not saying that's you.) For many people that isn't the point. There are plenty of people who can choose not to masturbate as a form of obedience, however for them chastity adds another layer of control in and of itself and adds another layer of arousal and submission.

As hangemhigh put it, you could be obedient and not move when Master says don't move, but guess what, bondage adds another layer of control and is in and of itself a source of arousal for both parties.

Status: offline 		Im wearing a chastity belt, it is a Tollyboy, modell FGA 200 with full secondary shield.

My belt is with a single steel cable on the back. I think it is more comfortable as with a shield on the back.

You will need much time to wear the belt 24/7, first you should begin with some hours,then more and more. It is possible to wear the belt long time, but only if your keyholder take good care on you (opening the belt for hygienic, cleaning, washing 2 or 3 times a week, during your period each day).

Reality in the belt is much harder as the fantasy before, specialy if you have liked to mastrubate a lot.

So one can only maintain chastity with a belt or cage (in the case of men)?

I was chaste without a belt for YEARS.

All a chastity belt says to either me or my Master is that the person wearing it can't be trusted to obey.

What if the focus of having her wear a chastity belt between the two using it isn't on obeying? What if those two people just like using a device to reinforce what they're doing or because they think it's cool? That has nothing to do with trust. Maybe they just like the idea of having her be helpless and more or less in his power. Or it's whatever they feel it is.

Like a gag....why not just tell everyone to go around and make no noise instead of wearing a gag? Guys I've known say it's a turnon seeing the gag in my mouth, has nothing to do with trust for them and everything to do with what gives them a thrill. Not sure why wearing a chastity belt has to be a matter of trust and it can't be a prop.

Unfortunately for me (and many others) fem chastity belts are not very practical, and they are quite expensive for something you will not wear often.

If you are going to go with this option, speak with someone like LittleAntje who posted here and find out the best option for you. Also, don't spare the bucks, even a pricey one will be so uncomfortable it will take time to get used to.

Indeed. For me, it has nothing to do with not being able to do as told without one. He says don't touch and I don't touch. But having that nice, snug leather belt locked on snugly is so hawt. He has had me wear it to work on several occasions under my skirt and feeling it there as I sit and walk just reminds me of Him and His desires. I once even met the governor at a reception wearing it Also, whereas I might go through a whole day distracted and busy and not even stopping to think of anything sexual, having it on does bring my thinking 'round to that and then having it locked on just reminds me I can't touch what's His without His permission....oooh, just a vicious circle....lol..........I love mine. It's not something He has me wear much anymore but when He does, it's nice for us both to think about through the day as we're apart.........luci

ETA: Hygiene has never been an issue. He doesn't have me wear it during my period or for whole days at a time. He locks it on under a loose, flowing skirt. No one can see it. I'm clean and the belt is as well so there's no hygiene issue there. When it's removed, I clean it as you would any other piece of leather. No problems. You can have negative issues with anything if you don't practice common sense, I suppose

But, I have some concerns now with some of the hygiene and comfortableness of wearing one. I wouldn't wear one all of the time, but once in a while would be nice. The other thing is, for a plus size girl, I would have to have an extended size and I have noticed they don't make many bondage items for the heavy set super plus size girl like me.
