ive never really had to deal with it before, so i just wonder what people suggest i do to deal with it?

If you are referring to the barrage of mail you're receiving due to being new and female, feel free to ignore all of it that does not interest you, which may be all of it.

Also pay no mind if you are asked to cam to prove you are female - that's a HNG ploy and not from the site Admin.

Have a good laugh, and see if any are amusing enough to talk to. You may find a friend. If not, just ignore. I don't even delete or block, unless it gets too irritating.

In addition to the great suggestions you've already been given, remember that you can mouse over an email message and read the first few lines. Opening unwanted messages lets the sender know you're there and reading.

If they come to my door, I answer the door (if I am actually home and in the mood) listen, tell them no thank you, and shut the door.

If they call, I start asking them questions, ask for their phone number and mailing address because I have some shit I want to sell them. Oh, and I will need their credit card info also...........or I just say "No thank you." and hang up.

If it comes in the physical mail, I toss it in the burn box.

If it comes via email, the easiest of all to deal with, I send it to my junk spam filter and/or delete.

Fling the door wide open wearing nothing but your ammo belt, over one shoulder, with your shotgun in the "modesty position".

Jack a shell into the chamber.

Ask them if they are coming or going.

It will be a long time before the Jehovahs' Witnesses stop warning one another about you.

ETA : In case of girl scouts, just buy the damn cookies. They won't be back for a year.

LOL, this reminds me of a true story.
Ren Faire friends were dressed getting ready to go out. His costume was of a Viking, complete with axe on his belt. Jehovah's witnesses show up, he opens the door, looks at them, they look at him (250 lb man, horns on helmet, furs, the whole nine yards). He turns around and yells "Honey, put the pot on the stove, I've got some meat for dinner." Or some such...
He turned back around and they were GONE??? Have no clue why...Grin.
