That's an excellent point BitaTruble, one I hadn't considered. I'll have to look into how to maintain a credit history when you have no income, expenses, or assets.

I would add to take great care with your credit rating. You'll may need that to get an apartment, a form of transportation and sometimes even a job. Without a recent job history a solid credit rating is even more important.

Ya, after living in Thailand for a number of years, my ex had no credit rating when he returned. Before he left, he'd been self employed, and paid cash. After he returned, everything was in his girlfriend's name, continuing the problem.

When they broke up, he should have paid the $200 deposit and put the phone bill in his name, but instead put it in mine (good credit = no deposit), again continuing the problem.

Looks like this might have been just a drive by posting. No profile with the name.
But reguardless of that. i agress with post from above, take the post here with a grain of salt, and it is only one side of the story.

i have always had a hard time understanding how someone could quit their job and move in with another, not work outside the home and be shocked if they are asked to leave when things dont work out. What were you thinking? Did you not put money asside for just in case? Maybe i will never find my Owner because i am careful, but then i will also not end up on the streets with nothing and no idea what to do.

Common Sense Please People.
