I have a prepared statement on this, edited of course:

Personally I am shocked that these chain of events have been going on for years and I have had zero clue of this. I know more of the Gang Violence that has been going on for years in LA and New York, the Cartels in Columbia and the rest of South America than I had about the events in Uganda.
I feel passionate for All Children and adults who do not have the resources for education and the basic necessities. Not to mention creating a safe and nurturing environment for healthy growth to offset a sick protocol:
Consume, Serve, Obey
The purpose of the video is to not only garner awareness but cultivate a sense of ability; We can do something.
It begins by targeting the very top of the list of some incredibly Egocentric and toxic adults which use Western techniques, Western weapons, and Western religions to abuse children horrifically.
If we cannot solve such a grossly horrific issue utilizing a few resources then there is no way we can solve a huge underlying issue globally. We share the same gravitational pull, utilize the same atmosphere. At one time we shared Plasma and space dusts. Why are these things separate now that we have sentience?
I do not support or detract from Invisible Children, Inc. More or less, I am upset that it takes 20 Cultural Icons and 20 Policy makers who have more value to the 'American Dream' than the potentiality of children globally.

We can do better, we can be wiser. It takes many eyes and many hands and we need to be like a Sentient Amoebic Hydra. Squashed, we replicate. Cut, we grow stronger. There is a conscious and we need to use it for the benefit of showing that we will not tolerate any behavior like this.
Those are my feelings on this issue.
Awareness is part of the major key for transformative consciousness but it is only part of the formulae. The next parts are the proper allocation of resources to generate sources sustainably and enculturing an appropriate paradigm that removes the need for aggressive competition, useless power struggles, and the cessation of a dualistic mono-culturism of:
'You are Wrong, I am Right... disagree and eat some lead because I have Material and Mechanical Leverage.'
This does not happen in just Uganda; it happens everywhere. In public schools because of bullying... on the streets due to unjust ignorance.
