http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/santorum-considered-favorite-kansas-presidential-caucuses-185427434.html

I'm ashamed to say the anti education idiot won Tennessee too.

Kansas... out of 30,000 people... Im not sure what is sadder... the turn out itself or them voting for Santorum.

Game On!

Hey guys can we cool it with the inflammatory post titles here? President Reagan brought this country together and whatever has gone wrong since he left office if we can find a way to come together as a unified America rather than tearing apart into little splinter groups then I believe we can become competitive in the global marketplace again. I don't know enough about either Romney or Santorum yet to know which man I trust more, but I think everyone can agree it's time we have someone in the White House who can unite us again as one proud country.

Did this topic end up in humour without me knowing???

I have a hard time picturing either Romney or Santorum bringing the country together. Santorum, in particular, seems devoted to being as divisive as possible.

If you'd like to learn more about Santorum, you might find this little quiz eye-opening.

I work in business, and I can say for certain there is zero trust among the movers and shakers for the bozo in office right now. I mean hey I know class warfare is all the rage and all the college kids and pinkos want us to turn into the Soviet Union but like it or not, when everybody else digs themselves into a hole it's up to those of us in business to dig the country out. Either Romney or Sanatorum could unite business. In the coming months I am sure we'll have some tete a tetes over some power lunches and come to a consensus but between now and then I think it's important to let the blue collar grunt voters have their turn and say what they need to say before the convention when the adults get together and hash things out. At this point the economy and the nation are circling the drain and I think everybody is just about ready to call an end to whatever little "experiment" the country decided to try out four years ago.

Unite business?

Who knew "business" was devided?[:D]

Definitely get back to us with that "consensus"...........when you get it.

Thanks in advance.

Warren Buffett works in business too, and he seems fairly supportive of "the bozo."

I just fiound a way.. How about we stop giving Reagan credit for things he didn't do? I would consider that a terrific start. Happy FIFTH Post by the way.

And it must be a very contemporary one, what with the keen unferstanding of things like "pinkos"[:D]

If that's what "you think" than you think wrong
Allow me to tell you where you went off the rails
1)not all of us look back fondly to Ronnie's Presidency...so that whole "President Reagan brought this country together" bit is just so much self romanticizing bullshit.
2) You are obviously a Republican...and yet after skatey eight debates you still don't know which one you trust more ?
Come on,come clean you aren't sure yet which one can beat President Obama....that's the trust issue you are tripping over,it's okay we are all friends here. You can come right out and say it's an anyone other than Obama deal for you [:)]
3) we ,have never been united,we are a two party system, which by definition means we are ,ideologically speaking a split country.
That's cool though, thats how the system works
4) that whole"proud country" thing....why,and for how long have you not been proud of your country ?
There have been instances, and policies my country has engaged in that I was not proud of......by I have always been proud of my country.....never more so than when we elected a President whose name was a little different and who didn't look quite so much like me.
I will be equally as proud when we re-elect him and give him 4 more years to straighten out the mess Bush and Co. left my proud country in [:D]

Well yes mike, it should be fun. And JVP's post is definitely funny. Very funny. Even funnier if you take it seriously.

But I must admit to a nagging feeling I just can't quite seem to get out of my head. It is that JVP isn't being deliberately ironic.

I fear he might actually believe some of the comedy he's posting.

If you don't know about those two, you've been hiding under a rock. And did I detect an implication that Obama is responsible for tearing our country apart after W did a great job of uniting everyone, and once a Republican is elected, all will be peachy again?

slvemike4u -> RE: What do you expect from a bunch of mouth-breathers? (3/10/2012 9:21:58 PM)

Detect it ?
Hell DS he was practically striking all of us over the head with it.....but I think I DETECT some sarcasm in your post,so all is good....lol
