You are wrong about CM being an adult dating site; on the top of the home page (where the profiles are listed) it says:

What you perceive as "kinda mean" is a general frustration from people who know that BDSM is largely not casual sex and don't like the disrespect given by people who show up expecting people to serve them sexually and really have no clue about what BDSM is.

Most kink folks don't have random sex with strangers.
Many of us want relationships that have a strong power-exchange element or are seeking to have their sado-masochist desires met.
So, stop trying to define kinky people according to your vanilla desires.
We are individuals and one-size-fits-all 'vanilla' does not apply here.

My suggestion to you is to begin using an online dictionary when you write.
It will save you the repeated embarrassments regarding people who do not understand what you write.
