If Romney gets the nod, I'll at least take a look at his positions...largely because he said something once that made me believe he's got common sense. I think this might be what's called a "test balloon" that also happens to be giving a "wink and a nudge" to the religious-right base. No one in their right mind thinks that this will ever happen. If a bill did get through the congress and signed by (I can't believe I'm going to type this) "President" Santorum, the Supremes would never uphold it. Sen. Santorum, I believe, is trying to grab as much of the base, as possible because he's in a primary race and that's where the votes and the money are in primaries. Unfortunately, he's being awfully short-sighted because the middle will remember, come November. I swear, if I look at porn 4 times a year it's a lot but how would this not be a direct violation of the 1st amendment? Right thinking people (and by that, I mean: people who think correctly), no matter what their persuasion would certainly see this for the ridiculousness that it is. Peace and comfort, Michael

At the last count, there was 3 remaining people on the Religious Right who haven't yet realised that Frothy Mix is one of them. If your analysis is correct, and Frothy mix still thinks that the religious nut vote is not yet sewn up, you'd really have to wonder under which rock have these people been hiding ....? And if he thinks his base is that ultra-stupid and uninformed .... what does he think of the rest of Americans?
