A serious reply here- you've been given some extremely good advice regarding the safety of the sub or subs you display as 'furniture'. A footstool or a small table or a coatrack or a floor lamp is even somewhat realistic for light use. I would NOT have any human furniture that anyone was allowed to actually SIT on or put any significant weight on. And I'll chime in again with give the 'furniture' breaks every hour or so, at least 15 minutes to walk around, use the bathroom, drink some water, possibly even have a few bites of a snack. Then put them back into service in a different position. Unless YOU personally want to spend the entire party going from one piece of furniture to another personally physically checking on their well being, you need to either have only one or two subs as furniture at one time, or have enough helpers that no tied up sub goes for more than 5 or 10 minutes without being actually physically checked on. And by physically checking, I mean actually laying your own precious hands on them to check that no limb is suffering from lack of circulation, and that the sub is breathing ok and is concious and coherent. You could make a party game of it, provide rope and possibly other sorts of restraints, and have a friendly competition to see who can come up with the most interesting piece of sub art. Simple rules- the binding must be done safely, so that it can be maintained for at least half an hour without endangering the sub. Those who choose not to participate in the binding get to be the judges.
