Isn't re-nig a term used when playing bridge/contact?

I don't know about that.

Re-neg means to back off or not follow through with a commitment. Notice, it's E, not I.

I wonder how many people will have the balls to wear it on their bumpers?

renEge is the term you are looking for with an E.

renIg is a misspelling of that word according to the dictionaries I could find. If the stickers exist, the authors are either racist, illiterate or both.

Yes, it is renege.  I think the intent of the bumper sticker is pretty clear, and it didn't happen because the makers couldn't spell.  Racist assholes.

Just because they're racist doesn't mean they aren't also illiterate. The 2 frequently go hand in hand.

Can't see the site, but if it is misspelled like the other posters say, it is definitely a racial slur.

Please remember there is a word filter in the site for a reason. Do not use any method to get around the filter, as it is a violation.

I was going to post this story, hours ago.

If anyone was on the fence and needed a reason to vote against whichever empty suit the GOP annoints, this would certainly do it.

It's bad enough that disagreeing with the president for political reasons gets one labelled as a "racist" by some. Now, we have idiots playing right into the stereo-type.

It shows a lack of maturity and a lack of creativity when you realize that there are so many other issues that could be brought up without reducing yourself to a non-thinking dunderhead.

Politics aside, one would hope that we had come past this kind of crap.

Someone on these boards just reminded me, the other day about an MLK quote that I had stopped using because it had been used so much that it had become cliché. I'm not going to look it up. I'm going to take a stab at it; extemporaneously, as it were:

"I have a dream that the day will come when a man is judged by the content of his heart; not the color of his skin"

Peace and comfort,

Michael

We're doing the best we can and from Far Right to Far Left being remarkably damn civil about it I think.

Suddenly, I feel like that guy, at the beginning of "Dirty Harry" ... "Wait! I gots to know." ... (In his case it was if Clint had fired five rounds or six. In this case; now I'm curious what words are filtered LOL)

Peace and comfort,

Michael

IMO,it could be a small clutch or just one guy doing this.

Unless it takes off or is rush-endorsed......it won`t be that big a deal.

I too would like to see someone with the balls to put that on his car.....in north Jersey.

Actually, the article said that there's a "store" selling them. I'm betting it's a Johnny Reb, wearing a sheet or a swastika, sitting in a double-wide and taking phone orders to support his Wed. night "Bible Study" group. You know, the ones where they can't read the bible 'cause it's too dark so they just ignite the cross?

Peace and comfort,

Michael
