A FEDERAL LAW REQUIRING THAT ALL HANDGUNS, RIFLES AND SHOTGUNS MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES, WHEN CARRIED BY ANY AMERICAN CITIZEN.

CONCEALING A FIREARM ON ONE’S PERSON WOULD BE A FELONY UNDER LAW, SUBJECT TO FINE OR IMPRISONMENT AND CONFISCATION/DESTRUCTION OF THE FIREARM WHICH HAD BEEN CONCEALED.

In a word, no.

By requiring the weapon to always be visible, you are painting a sign on those who choose to carry saying "Stay Away - I'm potentially your murderer".

No, you're giving the criminals a heads-up on who to shoot first in a robbery. If 5 people are in a 7-11, and only one has a gun on his hip, the robber knows that to successfully rob the store, he needs to take out the guy with the gun on his hip first.

If however that guy has the gun concealed, the robber knows he's taking his chances by robbing the store because he doesn't know who is armed.

Gonna agree with Darque on the above. It's straight out of the class manual. You are also advised that if you go places where you are not allowed to carry to either leave your firearm at home or do NOT put NRA stickers on your car (or both) as that may make your car a target for a thief who is savvy enough to know the rules of the establishment.
