I hate carrying a purse and women often have small to no pockets in clothing(it's sexist I swear!), so I often wear a hoodie as a convenient place for keys and such. I be guilty!

I remember seeing a colombian gang in Amsterdam 20 years ago. All the same hoodies. Like frank Sinatra. Hoed = hood In Dutch. I slided to my left they were on the right. No one thought I was a threat. Think outside the box. Policeman has to identify himself or her. PERIOD. SYG I do mine mind you.
