I remember the smell of every leather jacket of every Domme I served. Leather not only smells great to me, but it retains the scent of the wearer---every jacket smelled different. Blindfolded....I could easily match the jacket to the Domme.

Actually, the few times I played Cricket, I would take a small cooler out onto the pitch with me. In that cooler was plenty of ice, a tall glass, a liter of schweppes tonic water, a pint of Tanqueray gin, a knife and a lime.

Peon and I may be more in agreement than not.

i used the 5 day cricket games to fall asleep to when i was in hospital after having the youngest. worked.every.single.time.

merve hughes was a slight distraction, he was pretty funny.

eta: to keep on topic, paco rabanne 'pour homme' used to be a turn on. i still like it, but it's got conflicted memories attached to it now.

We've talked smells on here before.

I'm an aromatherapist, among other things, so I *love* aroma.

Here's my fav: sticking my nose in the Man's groin after he's showered. Ouh LA LA ! Fresh man scent.

More favs: the perfect blend of sandalwood and roses, aged patchouli, genuine vanilla from the bean . . .

Food smells of course: sauteed garlic, fresh brewed coffee, my very own spaghetti sauce, bread as it's baking, steaks on the grill, I could go on and on.

I agree with haus about leather, not only jackets, but toys also retain smell in a lovely way.

Mmmmmmmmmm........the smell of good leather. Even as a kid I loved going to the shoe store. Back with all shoes were leather.

Hate the smell of that nasty, cheap, Mexican leather though. It's just got an icky twang to it.

And two more, one of which I smelled just last night at home. Lilacs and honeysuckle. And the smell of freshly picked morels. Peaches fresh and warm from the tree. Strawberries (smelling right now)

Horses.

Sophie's ears.......my little wiggly, sassy, snuggle puppy.

most aromas give me a headache unless they're really really faint. I think the only aromas that really turn me on sexually is the smell of Master. He has given me shirts of his that I wear all the time to bed and when he's not here and I'm sleeping I like to sleep next to his pillow because it smells of him. Unfortunately I can't use the pillow though because it's down feathers which I'm allergic to. :(

I don't really like the smell of leather. It gives me a headache and reminds me of the biker bars my girlfriend used to draw me to which I hated. Smells that I like but don't really turn me on sexually are light fruity smells and the smell of when I go hiking in the woods on a nice summer day and the smell of the ocean and sand.

I have to agree with tj444...pot. For some reason friends would bring their stashes over and have me smell to to make sure they got the good stuff. Afterwards, Bo gets attacked.

Roses, honeysuckle, bread baking in the oven, fresh cut grass, steak cooking on a wood fire...

Babies' heads.

Weird - I'm the first to mention this despite being not just a bloke, but one with no kids.

I am one for natural smells, and am either strongly drawn to, or repelled from certain people according to their natural smells. I do not fare well with chemical fragrances, as they mask the truth and story of a person, which can be read in their smells.

Give me organic essential oils, newly mown grass/hay, horses and horse manure, flower fragrances (Lily of the Valley, Lilac, Yellow/Orange Primrose, Magnolia, Gardenia, Jasmine, Stock, Freesia, Sweet Pea, Violet-V. odorata, Lavender, Flox, Mock Orange, Evening Tobacco, Hyacinth, Daffodils, Narcissus, Stargazer Lily, Peony, Honeysuckle, Locust, etc.), a freshly showered body, vanilla, hazelnut, a great cigar, a fine cognac, Grand Marnier, frankincense, sulphur, frying bacon, roasting chicken or beef, cinnamon, an approaching rain or snow storm, a baby's scalp, fresh brewed quality coffee, freshly squeezed lemon, lime or orange juice, different wild mushrooms, a campfire, ginger, sauteeing garlic and onions...

Good grief, I could go on and on!

Some of my favorite smells are:

Baking bread
Anything involving cocoa as it's baking (brownies! yay!)
A wide range of other cooking smells, except deep frying. For some reason, deep frying stinks to me (though the result tastes good)
Amber resin (got a small box of it that sits on a shelf, I catch a whiff every time I walk past it)
Vanilla
Cats- a happy, healthy cat has hints of baby powder scent along with whatever personal scent it has
Freshly bathed people, of either gender
Freshly sweaty people (like from playing or otherwise getting energetic) again, of either gender
Marijuana (more of a comfort type scent for me, I do partake occasionally, it's relaxing)
Freshly brewed fresh ground coffee (preground coffee just doesn't have as rich a scent)
Lysol lemon scent
Pine-Sol
Almost any sort of fresh herbs
Orchids (the orchids I have now have a very, very faint scent to them, but it's really nice)
Osiana roses, tuberose, stock, stargazer lily, freesia
Olive oil as it releases that awesome fruity scent when it gets heated
A brand new piece of leather (just the hide, not made into anything yet)

Oh! I agree mynxkat about cats! Ruby literally smells like vanilla baby powder. And she wonders why I always kiss her?

I always enjoy food aromas like freshly brewed coffee, soup cooking, bread baking.
I love smelling perfumes.. I use to have awful hayfever and allergies and could never go near them but now that I've grown out of them, I could waste hours smelling perfumes.
I like either natural cleaning products like Method or Earth Natural. Otherwise I'm a sucker for when they clean with bleach at work.
For flowers I love roses and daphne.

I was just thinking of that yesterday after I posted and was away from the computer doing something productive!

In addition to the nape of their necks.

I am always sniffing my grands. It's a happy thing.

Obviously, I mean the smell of babies' heads after they've been properly bleached, of course.

I have a lot of smells that I really, really enjoy, I'm a very olfactory person. Lots of them have already been mentioned. I love "natural" smells, things like fresh produce, hay, animals (especially horses), essential oils and my man after he gets home from work. There are a select few perfumes/colognes that I enjoy, but I'd prefer things to be essential oil based rather than the more chemically scents.
