I'm referring to the missile *defense system* not missiles and warheads. Russia is nowhere near us in missile defense capability. Thats why they have been apposed it for so many years and it's been a point of contention. Now they have Obama on their side. With Russian piss poor security it's all the more reason to have a defense system in place.
Exactly, we now have the technology to actually intercept missles and hit on impact. A part of this branches from the patriot missle defense system but a much improved version called the Arrow and or Hetz through the years it was of course developed even farther to the point we now have a 99% kill rate, and that is a lot better then having one detonate on American soil. My guess is the community organizer will either promise to kill this defense system, stop farther improvements, or perhaps allow the technoloy to fall into Russian hands or all of the above.
