Fella, a pet name is a personal choice. It depends entirely on the Dom, the sub, and the relationship between them. None of which we know.

Try something like Booboo, Frixie, Hottie, Muffie, Smoochie, just to get an idea. Make it little more personal. She likes hugs for example ? Then call her Huggie or something like that.

Mr used to call me "His BooBoo Bear" early on in our relationship (way before we figured out the D/s part) It drove me wonky. You might want to spend some time talking to her and asking her about nicknames that are/were comforting to her in her past. Depending on the dynamic you're going for (annoying to endearing) will help you choose something appropriate for your and her situation. Obviously it's important to you both or you wouldn't have asked about it so spend some time fleshing it out before you decide :)

My wife and I have played out some master/slave scenes in which I call her by a pet name. One of my favorites was Jiggles (she's got big boobs and, well, they bounce around a lot). She absolutely hated it, which was basically the point and made it sooooo much hotter. Might not recommend that for a permanent name, though.

Ok... some people aren't creative and that's cool. You could use some sort of non-English word that would work. For example, my Italian lover used to call me "Gattina" which means "kitten" or "pussy" depending on ... well depending. It was cute and sweet and exotic for people around us... but we knew. :) Be careful what you choose though if you go this route.... You never know who speaks Hindi or Swahili or Dutch...

Ask her what she responds well to and what she doesn't. There are a great many women who dislike humiliation and degradation and would find whore or cunt to be unacceptable.
