I don't mind if it has curl and body, it doesn't have to be strait, it just is because how heavy and thick it is, when it's long the weight pulls out any real waviness or curliness. Hahha i did too, last time i had my hair cut clear to just below my chin, my hair was bouncing and dancing and i was playing with it, swinging my head about a bit cause i loved how bouncy and playful the new hair cut was.
I could go ahead an just do the first part, it'll be free after all. And then find stylists who can do what i want, once i decide and it won't take so long to do cause the majority of the hair will already be gone. But that can back fire too, but if it then w*on't work to do what i want to do, it'll grow back.

If you want straight hair, then you're going to have to be prepared to work with it. Wash and wear would be something that all you have to do is finger comb it and go...which is exactly what mine is now. Why not try it in stages? Take enough off to donate, like to shoulder length, and take a little bit off at a time. Let the hair air dry so you can see what it does....I know that sounds dumb, but hair changes.....I developed a stupid cowlick and wave in one front section of my hair in the last few years, and it's a pain in the ass. Just a thought.....avoid mirror shock when you realize all that hair is gone.
I just love the feel of a freshly trimmed head of hair......literally, I feel so much lighter! I tend to go more than 6 weeks between cuts....when the fringe in the back gets to where I can't stand it anymore, then I head out to the beauty shop. The bangs I can handle myself. If I had a little more patience with the bangs, i'd grow them out, but as soon as I can see them in my sight, they gotta go!
