Not that surprised... I was married to a semi-one of these only a major fan of vodka. Recently, she took me to court trying to get partial physical custody of my kids and I reminded the mediator about the alcohol issue and she went into this speech about all these things she had done unrelated to the issue. Then he asked her point blank "But what about AA" ... "Oh, that doesn't work for me" ... then he said "Well what kind of relapse plan do you have in place?" She said "I don't have one, but I can get one if you think that will help my case".... It's amazing what the 1%ers and their wanna-bees come up with.
