I do get endorphins from Zumba though lol. But not from other kinds of exercise.

While pain does hold some sexual pleasure for me.... for the most part... I use physical pain as an outlet to escape emotional pain. When my body is hurting enough, I don't have time to think of what hurts inside my heart. The more physical pain i can endure... the further into a different world I can escape into.
