for being in the lower half...florida's drivers suck pretty badly ;) at least in my experience. but then i don't drive, so i only have a passenger's view of things.

Man, if these nutcases supposedly know how to drive, I sure wish they'd start doing it!!  Maybe they polled outside of the cities or something...

LOL- not surprising. Tho the school kids here defiantly block cars- as they assume none will hit them. 

Anything you do- you drive, not walk. We dont even have a bus. No one used it so it went bankrupt.

The highway has signs all over- no ped x-ing...for 6 miles. But that is where the stores are- and one might want to shop.

Urban planning is woefully inadequate... I dont blame the driving- I chalk it up to poor planning for sprawal.

If you j-walk here- it is commen. If you bikeride on errands- one practically gets run off the road!

BTW- Im tired of the Amish horse and buggies leaving a big piles of shtt in front of MY house!!!  [real nice when my car is freshly detailed!]arghh

florida drivers are the worst I have ever seen, even drivers in NYC aren't as bad and they have been known to go on the sidewalk to turn around out of a traffic jam

They are nuts in FL. You have those drving 10-20 mph under the speed limit, and those flying and doing 30-40 over, and these ppl weave in and out of traffic like they are out of their minds. They don't use blinkers (rarely any do), and they will do 15 mph in a 40 if they get lost, and will think nothing of cutting over 3 or 4 lanes to get into a turn lane if they miss their turn.
F 'ing nuts is an understatement.
As I say--the damn sun has fried their brains.

I knew My home state N.Y. would be one of the worst!!! (5th from last)
I took the test there just for shits & giggles, I haven't been able to drive since My accident 14 yrs ago...

National Drivers Test - Results Your score was: 100% A score of 70% or better is considered passing on a state written drivers test. The correct answers are highlighted below..

Guess it must be the age thing they cited I'm 55 LOL

Having spent thirty-four years of my life in San Francisco, I can truly see how Oregon took the top spot. Almost daily, on the radio, they talk about all types of traffic enforcement campaigns they are starting{Almost to the point of being an infomercial}. When they will start, what they are enforcing and why they are enforcing it. While indeed it's definitely a revenue grabbing ploy, it dose have the dual effect of educating the driving public.
