I am inclined to agree with kitkat, if you have experienced it, you would understand. The tap, tap buildup to the more intense, welt leaving strokes has a wonderful effect on those of us that crave it. If you have ever been with someone that understands that dynamic you have been lucky in deed. They are the true artists of domination.

Great video.

The tapping of a cane is known as "twilting" in the UK. Usually to warm up a bottom, before a caning.

I do not enjoy twilting personally, and dont twilt lol. My style is such as the video below, full force, and judicial from cold.
