Hello there and welcome to collarme. You sound like a decent enough chap. But your profile is awful. Here are my thoughts.
1. Your first paragraph is a loud alarm that you have no experience. Remove it.
2. Your second paragraph is based upon the misapprehension that there are dozens of women for every Dom man. That's not true. Men outnumber women by a fair margin. If you don't message the desirable women, other men will, and will get them while you're waiting.
3. Your fourth paragraph says that you want a woman who will accept 24/7 TPE. The only women I know like that, have many years of slavery under their belts and are seeking very experienced Masters. You're much more likely to have success if you accept a woman who is a sub and ease into deeper levels of submission over time.
4. Your sixth paragraph says that not only will you not make the first move, you won't even allow women to contact you to explore compatibility - they must submit to you with the first message. Nobody sane will give themself over to you, a totally unknown and unproven quantity, right off the bat.
So write a profile that describes you. As a person, not your thoughts on Mastery and all that. Then describe the woman you want, and more than just her age. Finally, the relationship you envision, in general terms. But not so general as to say that she will serve you, with no specifics. If you have any experience, mention it.
Also, check to see if there are any TNG events in your area. Go out and meet people.
