I would have to say it seems more like a gelding kink than a supremacy thing. Vaguely reminiscent of "Wicked Wanda" (alter ego of Scarlet Witch, up to no good- or way too much good, depending on your preferences- in some author's fantasy), although that was more creative and focused on breasts most of the time. 9000 years of oppression by men without messing with women's bodies and hormones, you'd think a supremacist might credit the idea that it could swing the other way without surgical or chemical interventions. Else, I believe the correct term is "oppressionist", not "supremacist". Which is far more fun than supremacy anyway, whichever way the door swings.
Incidentally, we have continents. There's no reason one can't simply have a class based society instead, and ship people off to the continent that corresponds to their inclination and orientation when they've reached an age where the traits are stable enough to be considered permanent. Let both camps join in on the fun. After all, it's a fantasy. Why not share it?
