FR A bit of backstory: Newsweek's had a rough time lately. The Washington Post Company, its longtime owner, sold it a few years ago for a dollar. It later merged with the Daily Beast, and hype-wizard Tina Brown became the editor. She has a flair for provocative covers--anyone remember Demi Moore on Vanity Fair?--and I think this is another effort, apparently successful, to generate buzz. Wacky notion: Anyone who wants to actually read the story to learn the reasoning behind its attention-grabbing headline can find it here.
