Dude, I'm going to write some shit here which you may or may not like. Which would you rather have 1) her pissed at you for getting the FBI involved 2). Her not making it out for a smoke and call you anymore because she died from an OD'd the night before? Why the fuck are you putting her illogical emotions over her very welfare? (Come on here Dude get the fuck with the program). Worse case, she'll be pissed at you for having saved her ass. So what if she never talks to you again afterwards. You still would have saved her ass or tried by doing the right thing.

Personally, I would not even tip her off to getting the FBI involved when you do. This way she won't freak on you, or mysteriously dissappear. Keep in mind... she is Drugged... Who the fuck knows if she might end up telling the people holding her that you called the FBI (this could be like signing her death certificate).
