Wow Jeff, that really surprises me. I am wondering what you feel the "problem" with "men's rights" is?

I mean, is it a problem that a far larger percentage of men are in prison that women? Yes...but that has nothing to do with "Men's Rights"...

Where do you see repression?

In court custody cases over children? Again, is that really in issue of "men's rights being denied"? Society has for centuries put very specific boundaries around gender roles- they are not going to meld into an equal sharing overnight. And frankly, we don't have a household word for "deadbeat dad" applied to women as it is almost never needed.

In the job market? Look at your politicians, your executives and general "people in power" - overwhelmingly white men over the age of 45.

In divorce? Don't know about Canada, but in most states in the U.S., in a breakup, the person (regardless of gender) who makes the most money in the relationship is the one who will end up paying (if there is anything to pay) the other. My wife paid me for nearly a year after we separated...

Dunno..."men's rights" seems a misappropriated term for problems that exist separately and really have nothing to do with "rights" being denied or taken away.

I see a lot of divorced people in my work. I have yet to see a woman the benefited in any meaningful way. I do see a lot of kids shuffling from pillar to post due to new custody arrangements.

Gender parity is not going to happen anytime soon, anymore than racism and religious prejuduce is going to go away. That doesnt make all men co-conspirators in the evil empire, but it sure as hell means that their position in society is secure.

Kevin, is that you?

I hope you make it to the loo before you feel your next "movement" coming on so it ends up in the right place.

Women are taking over the world. They've formed a secret society of the most powerful and influential women of the world and manipulating the World Order, just waiting for the right moment to strike. The society first though has to weaken the male population so they will be subservient and be our slaves.

Watch your back. We're always watching you.

This is a little like charity for millionaires.....

And reminiscent of "white male Christians" trying to get sympathy for being a "put upon" minority.

There are, it is true, some things women get that men don't, and the differences can often be blamed on society rather than on nature. Feminism is about the principles of freedom and equality applied to a special case: that of women. Masculinism is (or should be) about the same things, but applied to the special case of men. So why should feminists and masculinists be fighting one another? It seems to me that they should be working together. And, in fact, they do, quite frequently.

A rhetorical question. As always, one group that is getting a bum deal in society is blaming another group that is getting a bum deal for its problems. Not, as usual, those who are actually doing the oppressing. Funny coincidence, that. It is *never* the rich and powerful who are at fault. No sir, perish the thought.

... like multiple orgasms???

Men by far get the better easier deal in life but I would not trade being a girl for that, not in a million years.. even tho society is unfair to women in the western world, I like being a girl too much to ever want to be a man..

Women's tits are possibly the silliest invention God ever came up with. I mean, they look nice, and all, but they wobble a lot and get in the way. They even stop women running properly. Stupid.

naw.. enell bras fix the ability to run properly with boobage..

and boobage sorta goes with having a pussy.. and I love having a pussy.. its so soft like velvet and wet and tight and when its shaven the skin is sooooo smooth.. and men want to worship her and lick her and play with her and fuck her and she loves the attention she gets (from the right guy)..

as far as a man's dick goes.. just one word... replaceable..

I don't see it as stupid at all.

I would find it immoral for a man to give money to a woman who is with another man, you may see that as abandoning kids but I would see it differently.

I'm sure any man still loved his kids and finds it hard to not have them with him, do you have any idea how it feels for a man to see someone else bring up his children?

If your gonna insist on replying to every post I make, try and be a bit more respectful in future.

what the fuck ever .. .I still have to see one bloody red cent of child support from my ex - and my kid is 20 !!!

You got the kid he didn't I'm sure he feels more aggrieved than you.

That was one of the stupidest things I have read in a while! A man angry because she got the kids abandons his kids? You know buddy.. my first cause in life was fathers rights. Those that actually wanted something to do with the kids and supported them no matter how things went in court. You are talking out your ass if you could say something like you just did. It isn't about mom or dad... it should be about the kids.

Thanks buddy

Just the mention of men's right brings about a hostility than no other group would face, but I think most men agree even if it is secretly.

I agree with the problem but I'm not an activist. That's not a winnable battle right now. I just cull my circle of female friends carefully. It's the best that can be done right now.
