You have after troll thread entertainment syndrome.

This happens a lot after a week of very funny threads posted by trolls.  Yet, you can combat ATTES!  If you are finding that the chuckles just aren't rolling in the same way they were when the trolls were posting outrageous situations, personalities, or showing their fantasist side, there is always the polls or humor sections to get in those last few laughs.  Either that, or have a run through some of the shorter introductions.

Personally, I'm going the other route and getting ready for a play party tomorrow night.  After some of the stuff that I've read this week, I'm kind of glad that I volunteered to be a demo top so I can reaffirm My faith that BDSM education still happens in real world.

THAT is fantastic.

It's a Friday afternoon/evening, all is quiet with my clients because most of the company is gone next week....and I'm in a CT town of about 3500 people that rolls up the sidewalks at 6pm and I have to be here for clients until 8pm (5pm PST). Tomorrow I can go entertain myself.

Yes, yes, yes, we all know that you're forever going to parties, LP, and meeting *real people* and doing *real things* with them.

Well, I went out yesterday, so there. I didn't talk to anyone when I was out, but there were other people on the street, and some of them did exchange glances with me. If that isn't social interaction, I don't know what is.

(Actually, could someone remind me what social interaction is? I'm a bit hazy, truth to tell. Ta.)

Yes! Good thinking, doctorgrey. Let's do the usual CM thing of demonstrating that the OP's problem derives from some deep and despicable moral failing on his/her part. Once the same points are articulated by at least fifty people, with slightly different wording by each, that will be the matter wrapped up to everyone's satisfaction (except that of the OP, who doesn't matter a) because she/he is new and b) because she/he is contemptible, anyway).
