I use Vivishine, a silicone-based conditioner. It works much better than cornstarch, IMO. (I've tried both.) Vivishine is a bit oily and can feel cold and slimy going on, but once you're dressed and the latex warms to your body, you won't notice it at all. It also has the added benefit of acting as a lube and shine all in one. To use Vivishine, wash your dress in a bathroom sink full of lukewarm water with a teaspoon or so of the silicone oil added. Just swish the dress around until the whole thing is coated. Put it on a plastic hanger and hang it from your shower curtain to dry. When it's time to dress, you can use a makeup sponge or your hands to add a bit more Vivishine to the inside of the dress if you need more lube. I second Mummyman's suggestion about trying on the dress the day before to see how much time and lube you need to get into it. I also recommend stepping into the dress, if possible, as opposed to trying to put it on over your head. The latex will catch on and pull your hair, which is less than fun. If it has to go on over your head, I recommend putting your hair up in a net or cap of some kind.
