When I'm on my knees, I can't see if the top of the fridge is dusty and needs a cleaning. When he's standing over me, he can't see if the space under the fridge is dusty and needs cleaning. Crap.. I hit the wrong button. lol Am editing so give me a moment or three. :D I cleaned the kitchen yesterday so even if i can't see the top of the fridge right now, I 'know' that it's clean. The view from my knees doesn't change my knowledge. On the other hand, Himself did not clean under the fridge yesterday, so unless he asks me and trusts me to tell him the truth ... he can't be sure of whether or not there is dust under there. Where you stand or kneel is not the end all be all. Tapping into a second perspective may widen your own even if it comes from someone who appears to be at a disadvantage. If you please, note the word 'appears' in that sentence. I don't feel that being on my knees is a disadvantage at all, of course, but I know a whole lot who would disagree with such a perspective. I guess they have a different view. I get various facets of myself fed, get my kink on, thrive, grow, get to bask in power and am, over-all, a better person because of my spot (whether chosen or otherwise) in the grand scheme. In other words, life on my knees freakin' rocks. (That's figurative. If you actually see me on my knees, I have probably fallen and can't get up, so feel free to lend a hand.) How's the view where you are?
