Not that they couldn't be used sadistically. Getting your s-type to peel one with their bare hands would be pretty sadistic, as they're maces on the outside...

I hate anything resembling food play. I'm a
recovering bulimic so I can't mess around with
food or do something that would deliberately
trigger vomiting. There are foods I hate that
other people eat happily and regularly and vice
versa I'm sure. Smell and texture is what usually
puts me off something.
Is it safe for people to eat dog or cat food?
Doesn't seem like a great idea though animals
survive it obviously. Putting a bunch of stuff
together and making someone eat it sounds like
a slumber party game. I'll refrain from listing
some of those concations though everyone survived
swallowing. Though you always had one girl who
threw up. Usually before she could get to the bathroom.

Pets survive but do not necessarily thrive. I started looking into this when my vet said the poor condition of my cat's coat could be due to the cheap cat food I was feeding him. His coat did indeed clear up when I switched to Nutro.

I have tried durians, thanks to a certain southeast Asian woman who sometimes likes to make me suffer. I've also tried durian candies and durian ice cream. All fucking horrible, as far as I'm concerned, but I recognise that tastes vary. I agree with your point about the exterior, though. A piece of durian rind, after it's been left to dry and harden for a bit, can make a wicked paddle.

This topic is a fun one for me, as little indignities like being made to eat horrible food really appeal to my submissive and masochistic side.
