AHHHHHHHHHH, it's back! And I'm so happy. *sighs blissfully*

LadyPact -> RE: True Blood (6/10/2012 9:15:00 PM)

No spoilers yet!  I'm in another time zone.

littlewonder -> RE: True Blood (6/10/2012 9:36:05 PM)

LOL...my daughter and her guy had a sleep-in in the bedroom just so they could watch the opening together of True Blood. I thought that was so cute. [:)]

I used to watch it when I had HBO but I don't anymore so I have no clue now what is going on. I think I might have to catch up online soon.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: True Blood (6/10/2012 9:39:17 PM)

It was a free weekend, so I saw the last ep of S4 and the first of S5. I was entertained. Might watch it again some year, there is much soapy entertainment and mayhem, though as usual, not enough naked men. The show seems to draw from a lot of Laurell Hamilton tropes, so I will read the Sookie books to see what's up.

EvilVampBratYuki -> RE: True Blood (6/10/2012 9:57:00 PM)

Oh, yay! I'm so happy about it, too!! ^_^ TB never disappoints. However, I don't know if I'll ever get used to this waiting for a single episode once a week :/ but that's my problem :D lol

TNDommeK -> RE: True Blood (6/10/2012 10:00:59 PM)

No spoilers, no worries, but it was an OK episode tonight. I can't wait for Christopher Meloni. MMMM, head vampire.

"We fight like siblings but we fuck like CHAMPIONS!"

LadyPact -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 12:18:40 AM)

Does not Christopher Meloni have the best kind of look to be the authority?

The males haven't exactly been naked, but nice work on some of the angles for the photography.  There is something sexy about the hip and just lower region on a man.

First thing I said when finally seeing Sam?  "He's not marked up enough for all of the noise that was being made."

TNDommeK -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 9:53:57 AM)

LP- I absolutely LOVE him in SVU, when he is all quiet and mean. And yes, he is perfect for the role. Now its only fair that we get to see his lower region as well.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 10:41:47 AM)

Okay if at any point there is a naked Chris Meloni, someone let me know.

Karmastic -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 11:22:02 AM)

am i gay if i like TB too? i think i need to catch up a season or two tho.

no, i'm not into gay vampires.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 11:23:26 AM)

There was one seriously hot chick on TB. And that vampire Pam? SHE IS MY EVIL TWIN. Blonde, unfiltered Hib. Wow.

Karmastic -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 12:17:48 PM)

oh yeah, lotsa sweet meat for all sexes and genders :)

i can't remember Pam, she must have come later and i haven't caught up yet.

the woman star isn't my type, but she's very athletic and hot. the Caribbean bartender is more my type, her body is a dead-ringer for someone i was with a long time, and similar extreme personality too (person of extremes).

Lucylastic -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 12:48:33 PM)

Cant wait for Meloni!!!

TNDommeK -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 3:37:41 PM)

Karm, Eric is Pam's maker. She is the one with the attitude..HOT AS HELL and wonderful heels too I might add.

soul2share -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 7:03:21 PM)

Hibbie, not to spoil anything, but the Sookie books aren't anything, well much, like TB on HBO. As the seasons go further along, there is more deviation from the books. By all means, read the books, they are fun, and have a bit more character depth than the 45 minutes on TV that's there. Someone here said something along the lines of a parallel universe.....that's the best way to describe the books versus the show. I love them both, but for different reasons. I haven't gotten Deadlocked yet, but to prepare, I have just re-read the last 3 books.

Personally, I would have liked to see the series a bit more true (no pun intended) to the books.....the plot lines and characters are better. And there's tons of nudity......I'm telling you, Eric could bite me ANYTIME!!!!!! Even from the start of the books, I liked Eric more than Bill.

TheBanshee -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 7:05:03 PM)

Ike Applebaum?

LadyHibiscus -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 7:10:49 PM)

Yeah that was sad and hilarious.

kitkat105 -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 7:35:59 PM)

Charlaine Harris (author) has made it quite clear she is happy with Alan Ball's (show creator) interpretation of the story.

I haven't watched it.. getting Odeen to record them and I'll watch 4 in a row when I get there. [:)]

TNDommeK -> RE: True Blood (6/11/2012 9:37:37 PM)

Lol Ike Applebaum, yea I thought that was a bit off. And yes, more of a fan of Eric's.
