Aw come on, the weird anal potato chip thread was awesomesauce! The other references are from other characters that have graced this board with their presence and made it the great entertainment that it is. Hang around and you'll know all of it in no time. The minions reference was I think from the resurrected queen that posted an intro and wanted gold. She may not have mentioned minions at the time, I think we might have graced her with them....you know, stuff just gets rolling sometimes

If I'm wrong about the minions thing maybe someone will pop in and set things right...

I found the groups on fet very educative when I 1st joined there (about couple of years ago). Now, I put in a subject and cannot find anything (lately, I typed "how to whip the end of a hemp rope" in rope sluts, and nothing). Changed my search criteria, still nothing. went thru a alot of post (chronological order) and still nothing. Found my answer on youtube, a video from two knotty boys. It is my experience with fet now :(

Informative groups on Fet? I can't help much. I stick on Fet for the local stuff, mostly. I created My own for the things I can't say here, but can over there. I find the bigger groups not all that entertaining. To each their own.

I'm in a lot of groups, but that's one of the problems with Fetlife (IMO); there are sooooooo many groups that it can be a bit overwhelming.

I used to filter the groups by focusing on the groups with the most members. But I quickly learned that just because a group is big, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's good.

Probably the most effective technique that I've found is to find people who make meaningful/interesting comments in groups that I'm interested in, and then click on their profile to see what other groups they're in. So you effectively let others screen the groups for you.

I know that you asked for specific group recommendations, and I didn't exactly do that. But hopefully my comments will be slightly helpful. Sorry I can't help you more. But I've found that picking Fetlife groups is a very personal thing. That's why everyone has a unique set of groups that they belong to.
