I had to choose the last one, since you put it there!

But, in reality, fire the fucking grill up and throw some dead cow on it!

Yep, hot or cold and everything in between we barbecue.
It's not just for summer or holidays.

And you can grill vegetables, fruit and
bread so there's no need for vegetarians
or vegans to be left out. Soy dogs and
veggie burgers taste good off the grill.

I BBQ quite a bit. I have a small gas weber on my patio. A flick of the "On" button, wait a few minutes for it to heat up, and there's dinner - veggies, chicken, steaks, fish, ribs, veggie burgers, kabobs, just about anything. No fuss, no muss, super easy clean-up. When the Mister and I are together, he does the grilling, whether at my place or his.

It's definitely BBQ time!! Woot woot!

Small grills are for wimps.

I have a stainless steel behemoth with 5 burners plus a side burner and a rotisserie. I can feed 30 off that grill.(and have)

Any time is grillin' time - year 'round

I 've got it made if it's raining, or three feet of snow I don't care cuz I just pull the grill up to the patio doors and I don't even have to step outside. It's even better when it's sunny and warm cuz then I can enjoy the weather as well as the food.

It was so hot today you could have grilled on the hood of your car.

I don't grill. Don't have a yard, don't have a grill, too much work and I don't cook.

i've used gas bbqs and charcoal bbqs, and have to say that charcoal beats gas hands down everytime. you just don't get the smell and taste from the gas ones here.

we bbq whatever the weather. one of the best we had was at a friends for.....either bonfire night or new year. there was snow on the floor, a roaring fire, and an old sofa infront of it with a great bbq. you don't feel the cold as much when you are having fun. i have a large marque so we have had that set up in my friend's field for the last couple of weeks. it doesn't matter what the weather is doing when we have that. the last two weekends haven't been great weather wise for sure, but we have had fun anyway.

i bbq loads of different things, but my favorite is steak straight on as soon as it's ready, and as low as the grill will go. get it seared on the outside and still rare in the middle......yummy! what i'd really love to try though is the American bbq brisket as it looks fantastic. i know there are even competitions for bbq'ing over there.....my stomach just rumbled at the thought.....

I pray that Hank Hill is not on collarchat!

I gotta agree though. I love the charcoal taste a lot more, but for quickness and easy cleanup, I have found that using woodchips of different flavors with a propane grill is great too.

BBQ all year round, on a Weber grill, charcoal, not one of those pansy gas grills. I have often done my Thanksgiving Turkey or Xmas ham on the Weber.

Okay, I guess I should correct that, Himself has done the turkey and the ham, with my assistance. He's of the belief that using the grill is men's work and mere womins shouldn't attempt it.

I can marinade, I can make my own homemade BBQ sauce, I can make all the go-withs, but I can't cook over a closed fire.

I love the man !! Now, who do you think bends over to cook over the fire when we go camping?

It's not Himself, he's relaxing with a freshly brewed diet coke.

LOL

I am not sure if Vidalia onions are available all over, but I am on my second bag already and it is the sweetest crop in years. Throwing one on the grill and then just eating it plain, or with a bit of drizzled butter is heaven!

That's exactly what we do with those huge Portabello mushroom caps. Slice them into thick slices, soak with melted butter and grill until soft. Melts in our mouths

BBQ hamburgers are not unusual at this time of year, but tonight my little girl insisted we eat outside. It was a beautiful evening, warm, with few bugs, and cool grass underneath to rest our bare feet on.

I love our grill, and I would use it all year, but once the weather gets cold it takes an eternity to heat, so it's just not practical.
