That, of course, isn't the opinion of the prosecution. And given that they're able to prove intent BEFORE any ensuing conflict, it's going to be a pretty easy case to make.

Yeah. That's your problem in a nutshell. I would suggest consulting with mental healthcare professionals if you find that you find this problem creates issues in your everyday life.

Oh yeah, witnesses who change their stories aren't consider reliable then witnesses that refut your witness, then Zimmerman truthfulness is in the toliet, that what a defense lawyer said. You are the great legal know it all Raiikun, you should know that. Then the DA has yet to presented it case in court. Meanwhile I do not believe Judge Lester’s order can reasonably be interpreted as an expression of doubt regarding the strength of the prosecution’s case against Zimmerman for killing Trayvon Martin. He explained that he initially found that the prosecution’s case was “strong” because the defendant did not testify at the first bail hearing and the defense did not present any evidence of self-defense. He also specifically characterized the evidence presented by the defense at the recently concluded bail hearing in support of Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense as having “little relevance” to the issue of bail.

Therefore, I caution against assuming that Judge Lester he has formed an opinion or reached any conclusions regarding the viability of Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense.

None of what I post are all my words, most of what I post are links, followed with my opinions of them, but this is getting too bizzare for me. Y'all believe what you want to, debate what you want to. Have fun, folks. I leave this discussion with a clear conscience and an honest intent [:)]

Looks like Zimmerman is going back on Neighborhood Watch again, in Retreat at Twin Lakes, he no longer keeps a residence there. He state "They need me out there". Another question is if he is in fear of his life, he has a safe house and a security team to protect him, why is he making himself a target in a public place? If he take a firearm with him on patrol he is going to be back in jail, violates the conditions of his bail. Also he referres to him shoting Martin as "single crummy day".
You know it just occured to me, Martin Father lives in this gated community, and Zimmerman is court ordered to stay away from the Martin family, is Zimmerman violating his bail again?

Unless you have some secret knowledge of the actual physical evidence that was examined by the crime lab along with the results of same which where the victim's blood was in relation to where George was then I am guessing that the prosecution has more information than you do.

wow,.. if that is what the nutbar Zimmy actually did say, he is crazier and a bigger POS than even I thought he was (as is his family also, imo).. it is really hard to believe that someone could be that stupid as to say that stuff.. especially after being charged with murder.. and yeah, saying it was just one "crummy day" in reference to killing an unarmed black kid, he doesnt sound the least bit racist.. If the HOA allows him to go back and be the NW, then the Martin family should sue the HOA into financial oblivion.. jmo..

Every time i see a pic of Zimmy or see him on the tv, he just turns my stomach.. [:'(]

yeah, I have not been able to find another source of those comments, which i would want to see to know if he actually did say those things.. I cant believe even he would say those things, but then again, he was trying to talk directly to the Prosecutor back when he was dumping his first pro bono lawyers.. He has done some pretty weird things that defy logic..

Victim had very little bleeding through the pencil sized hole, most of it inside the chest cavity, according to Medical Examiner.

If this guy feels so strongly, why hasn't he contacted the Judicial oversight organizations and lodged a formal complaint?

Oh, that's right, because he's just another fucking asshole like every one of us spouting their opinions on the Internet.

I can't wait to see if the Jury concurs with his assessment, and I wonder if he'll have the good grace to revisit his pronouncements.

Wow. Talk about a pageview whore. Really? That needed to be spread out on three pages to pump-up ad revenue? I guess that's just an indication of what a low-level, scumbag bottom feeder that site is.

Makes me glad that I fuck them in the ass and use Adblock+ and NoScript, so that the don't get any ad revenue from me, BUT STILL NEED TO PAY TO SERVE UP THE CONTENT.

The best of both worlds. They spend money without any offsetting revenue.

And once that moron used the word 'lynch', he proved himself unworthy of anyone's attention, not that anyone actually expects better from YOU...
