County Cavan, its actually an Irish tartan. My Grandparents were from Ireland, County Cavan (obviously lol)

They are not silly socks, they are lovely and warm in the cold Scottish summer. The reason why no socks though, I couldn't find any shoes and I didn't want to get them soaking.

I liked the kilt, but kinda wanted to see the socks as well with the 'ribbons' (I don't know what you call the things that keep the socks up).

Hey we get 3 hours of sun a year! I'm pretty tanned comparatively speak.

Also, they are called "Flashes"

(Though do you have any idea how hot it gets under there with boxers?!?! Like a small furry oven)
