Whenready -> RE: (Potential Scam) Financial Dommes Taking over the Personals (7/12/2012 10:06:39 AM)

OK. I'll bite. (Tea's not quite ready yet). I am not sure if this is simply limited to the Michigan area, but I have seen a disturbing trend OK - it's nto your kink - but why is it disturbing? who is it harming? whose kink is it feeding? of financial dommes popping up all over the place. What troubles me more is that there is an eerie similarity to all of these profiles. Yeah They're findommes. They're offering the same service. How many similarities do you see between - say - daddy's girls? I have emailed a few and gotten very similar responses. In one case two different dommes had exactly the same items on their Amazon wishlists. You know, some people like the same things. IKEA, McDonalds, bookshops, Walmart and others all depend on this. I realize that this site is full of fake profiles but this seems to be taking it down another direction towards borderline fraudulent behavior. It's only fraudulent if she says send me $200 and I'll send you whatever - and then doesn't. The few I actually see tend to be of the "send me money, worm" variety. It aint my kink, but it ain't defrauding anyone of anything either. Is there anyway to report these people or at least look into further. Yep. You can report any profile. Before you do though, who are they conning? If the answer is no-one, then it may not be my cup of tea, but that doesn't of itself make it evil. The block button works fine if you dont want to see it. I reserve the right to be wrong.
