Oh my goodness OP~~ nowhere does it state when signing up on the other side that ALL profiles have to pass anyone's standards~~ aside from abiding by the TOS. We are all adults and know how to use the hide/ block/ next buttons. Thanks for your concern to raise the warning alarm though.

Is there anyway to report these people or at least look into further.

It's your choice to enter into an agreement with them or not. Fraudulent would mean they didn't tell you and you didn't know until already pushed into it. Ya know dude, take responsibility for your choices.

There are plenty of scam profiles. Same verbage, age, details on multiple accounts. Likely in many locations, not just Mich. This website does zero vetting, so you just have to ignore them. Solution: don't send money to anyone.
