Did you watch, Food, Inc.? There was one farmer who farms beef, pork and chicken the way they've evolved to be raised. His chicken processing area is under a shade providing structure, but it's outside. He sent chicken for testing and it came back with nearly 100x less bacteria than did chicken from a USDA-regulated "sanitary" processing plant. Helluva job there, eh?

I find it is usually not a good idea to eat beef, pork, or chicken raw. Cooking tends to kill the bacteria, worms and shit. Then I don't have to waste time complaining about inadequately funded government services. Just sayin.

I do not doubt that politicians are paid off. It's interesting that you'll place all the blame on the payer, without putting any blame on the payee. Both have wronged the US Citizen. Both need to be held accountable.
