The United States rules the world, and they are our subjects?

Well then, if they demand a say, they should be taxed shouldnt they. Why offer representation without taxation?

You really can not see that it might be relevant to the rest of the world just who is elected as President of the USA? That people outside of the US might have a vested interest in this, too?

Once more....This board is for more than americans.

When Mitt runs for the Canadian Parliament, give us a shout, until then....

The topic IS Mitt Romney, and not Canadian politics, isn't it?

You don't give a damn out things outside the U.S. (as you've pointed out in the past). And that's OK, your choice.

Others are very interested about what's happening globally, and they get to do that. Their choice.

Sometimes they say what they really think, whether by mistake or because they drop their guard for a minute

And when Romney says what he thinks people dont cringe for the same reasons. The Brits turned into angry little dogs because they were asked matter of factly if they had ironed out some well-known security issues

Big whoopee, theyre Brits, who cares.

But when Obama dropped his guard and let his disdain for business owners be known that was actually something substantive, as he and many of his comrades on the far left have invested a great deal of time and effort trying to hide who this man really is, and what he truly believes

Mitt went on this trip to show off his foreign policy chops and give us all an idea of how he would handle our allies and our foes.

His utterly disastrous performance speaks volumes as to how he`d lead the world`s leading free nation.

There really isn`t any way that Mitt and the cons will be able to excuse or explain away his deplorable behavior or convince normal folks that this twisted world view isn`t Mitt`s world view.

So they`re in "fuck them,so what,who cares?" mode......cowards.....

Anyway,we know you`re lying about not caring,if didn`t,you wouldn`t post on the thread.Oh but look....you are......

Now Mitten`s is "blaming" the Arab Spring on the president.

This means of course that Mitt would have let Gaddafi stay and bomb whole cities to dust, would have let Mubarak kill his own people and or some other neo-conservative adventure into folly and death, trying to control another Middle East country.

You become relevant when you become a US citizen and can vote for the US President, until then, your opinion on who the US President should be really doesn't matter.

Maybe AFTER Mitt wins the election, the world's opinion might matter... But then again it might not. Get beck to us when his policy has an effect on your nation, ok?

Wise Americans, knowing that they are electing a key player on the world stage, may want to factor in how the candidates are doing in terms of their diplomatic (mis)steps and foreign policy positions.

Other Americans, not so much.

Don't do that, Thomas. It makes you look dumb.

The US does not rule the world, but it's policies do have an impact upon much of it.

Seriously, does Romney ever say what he thinks or does he just spout what he thinks the audience of the moment wants to hear?

Tell me exactly how your opinion on a kink site might influence someone who is considered a swing voter again?... My simplistic view must be missing something.

Frankly yours, Lucy's or the old man's opinions really don't mean much in a US Presidential election... Just as mine, Sanity's. or Heretic's don't mean much in a British or Canadian election.

We save their asses again and again, provide for their defense so they can put half their population on welfare and all they do is bitch. Whats dumb is any suggestion that they should have a say in our elections. Do they ever seek our opinion as to who they should knight? Or who they should marry into their royal family? I dont think so.

If theyre not our subjects and we cant tax them theyre merely loud obnoxious ungrateful and discourteous backseat drivers arent they, especially in light of their rude treatment of Mitt Romney - and theres no reason they shouldnt be ignored.
