Status: offline 		I'm feeling really beautiful today. I feel content, happy, secure, loved, soft, lovable, giving. These feelings are tangible and I can feel them exuding from my skin and radiating all around me like just an aura of beautifulness. I feel like everything I touch is being permeated with this feeling and anyone who looked into my eyes would get drowned in an ocean of love.

Do you get days like this? When you just feel so serene and peaceful and loving and like all is well with the world and its like you are beauty incarnate, like your actually chanelling this energy into the world just by being alive? Yet nothing has happened to make you feel that way? It just is how it is.

If I had a description of what it is to be submissive, that is what it would be. A surrendered amazing space that almost has no words to define it, is not because of anything..yet, is just beauty manifest.

Status: offline 		It's a great way to feel and I think it makes you ooze sex appeal and you get noticed far more than normal.... I know when I feel like that it makes me naughty and flirty - gets me in loads of trouble

I blame my attitude on my sunbed - I feel better and I know I look better, I was soooo white before - I think its given me more confidence..... its just a form of pampering I suppose.   Ohhh and wear something daring and wink at people lol

Status: offline 		Just thought of another way of getting 'that feeling' - once you have had your pampering done and you are feeling 'sexier and more beautiful', get someone to do some photos for you..... because of what I do, I tend to have them done on a regular basis and they always make me feel all horny and nice.  Just get someone to take some pics for you, then run them through some photo software and glam them up - (if you haven't got the software, send me your favourite piccy and I will sort it for you). Then you will have a piccy to remind you of your 'beautiful day' and when you get down you can take a look and cheer yourself up. 

Dont mean to interfere, just think its important for people to feel good about themselves.

i saw this post scrolled while i was picking up messages, and i must say i, too, feel as slavejali does most every day. 

My "secret":  Never scrimp on femininity. 

Be as feminine as You truly are, at all times ---

That may mean, for example. that you take the extra rest you need while you are menstruating.  It may mean giving up some external obligation so that you can walk a mile for exercise.  If You like mini-skirts, wear them.  Make the people at work tell you that you can't before you assume that you can't.  You may be surprised.  And that goes for cleavage and fuck-me pumps, or whatever you like to wear that gives you the feminine edge.   

It may mean shutting off your phone so that people do not bother you so that you can rest and do your toenails or take a bath. 

Make sure you always have a little extra money to shop and have a regular massage.  You need to buy something feminine for yourself as often as possible, even if it is something as small as a barette or hair pin. 

Have someone else take care of your hair on a regular basis.  Good hair is essential for feeling feminine.

Train yourself to walk well so that you can feel good about showing your legs and moving your hips. 

Dress yourself up in jewelry.

Some days at work, i look like Mommy let me dress myself:  i am in fun mode, and i do not match. i have on a bright yellow shirt with black capris and green sequined pumps.  i have bracelets and rings and necklaces on, in abundance.  So let yourself have fun like you did when you were playing dress-up as a little girl. 

And smile at your silly self!  Allow yourself to love you.  After all, you are a submissive.  You are defined by Beauty --- it is impossible to be anything else, and it is expected of you by the One who matters the most.  (There are a lot of voices in our heads and in the culture at large that say it is not OK to be utterly feminine, or happy, or to be fine with who you are, just as you are.)

All in all, though, people are much more accommodating than i ever thought.  People love having a truly feminine woman around.  Everyone likes seeing cleavage and legs and good hips in motion.  It is a relief from the drabness of the workplace and adds a little bounce to their day. 

i am sure that many things i have said here are no secret to you, nor to the other submissives here, but it feels good to affirm them by talking about them here.  i wish you well.

Last week I got my first hand-made corset. Wore it for 2-3 hours at the local munch and felt FABULOUS!! Today I got pictures of myself from that evening. I'm feeling really good about myself right now. Having the pictures helps remind me of how *hot* I felt and rekindled that "Dang, but I'm good!!" feeling.

It's about always going out looking your best. I know we all think we should be able to run down to the supermarket in old sweats, life is busy, after all, but you're undermining yourself if you do that. (And as they say, that's the day you'll run into your exe's new girlfriend, wearing her mini-skirt and heels, and you will buy a BIG bucket of ice-cream. Trust me.)

Yup, treat yourself to nice lingerie, new things that sparkle, and my personal favourite treats are flowing, or lacey, things. Just a cheap, brightly-coloured scarf over a plain black skirt, gypsy-style, makes me walk with a swing in my step.

These things show you care about yourself.

Now, I don't have kids so this is easy for me to say. I'm not sure how mothers do it but I do know some that always look amazing.

One other thing...Surround yourself with friends who think you are lovely. It'll rub off!!
