Lev. points emphatically at practicing homosexuality as a capital crime and subsequent punishment. Thus I offhandedly pointed to murder, rape, etc, all being crimes and having subsequent punishment. Crime and punishment are not synonymous with prejudice, unless of course one is but merely prejudiced against rapists and murders even to extreme ends.

Unless you have no problem with God's will equating consensual hide the sausage between two willing male adults with violent crimes, that's a completely spurious and fatuous comparison.
